You have 30 days to return your purchase from the date we sent it to you.
To make a return, click here and write your order number. Please follow the steps in the service carefully. Once your return is registered, you will receive an email from us with further instructions.
Please note the following:
- Pack the item well in its original packaging. Return it in the same outer packaging it arrived in, or alternatively, in your own external packaging.
- Royal Exte does not cover the cost of return shipping. The total cost of the return via DHL is 20€.
- We do not accept returns of products that are obviously used or that are returned after 30 days.

REFUND
If you paid by credit card, then the money will be refunded back to your card. If you were invoiced, the invoice will be cancelled or credited back to you. Refunds take approx. 1-5 business days. We refund standard delivery fees if the whole order is returned. The cost for additionally chosen services, such as express delivery, is not refunded if you return the goods.
